The nice friendly guy at the B of A the other day uploaded its app and showed me how to deposit a check remotely.

I frankly was impressed I knew my apple app password.

I just used it. It wasn't as easy as I thought as the camera angle seems to count. Howver, it finally worked and was much easier than driving to the bank, waiting in line, and making a deposit.

That said, 23,000 hackers all now have my account information. I fear i will be bankrupt my morn! Time will tell. Meanwhile, I will practice camera angles, while they practice all the other angles.

It is an lol and a scary time.

Since starting this treatment my back has been overall much much better. I had another meeting today and will have another Monday.

I even impressed myself at Disney by being able to stand and walk further and longer than in almost a year.

Dr. Qi is still as caring, sincere, and dedicated as ever.

I will keep you posted.

In the old days, you bought tickets for rides in Disney. Best as I recall there were 5 categories. If you ran out there were kiosks scattered about the parks that allowed you to buy more. Calculating how much you needed was a major decision.

It is all different now. Not only do u pay one price and get unlimited attractions, but some fees allow you to go from park to park. One can stay from morning to night without any upticks.

In addition, if you stay at a Disney property you get a wrist band, which serves as room key, credit card at hotel and parks, entry to parks, fast pass proof, and even brushes your teeth. Well maybe not the latter, but surely coming soon.

Cruise ships are now doing the same and someday we will all wear bracelets or have chips embedded under the skin or our smart phones will be our agents in all matters. Perhaps all of the above.

I am not dissing this as much as applauding the efficiency of our lives and what is to come. When I can enter my room, a park, an attraction, buy a meal and a G&T all with the same wrist action, life is good—at least until someone hacks my wrist band.

is truly a magical place. Hard to be unhappy there. You would really have to work at it.

I wonder if Walt ever had the vision that his company has become?

Just returned from there. Great visit with my 2 year old granddaughter. It is an enchanting experience for young and old alike!

no matter how many articles you read u still can't understand the never-ending battle between the Sunnis and the Shiites or vice versa so neither side gets insulted. It has been going on since the 7th century, but seems to have exploded when we invaded Iraq in 2003, as well as since the so called "Arab Spring," which seems to have turned into a bloodbath and a firestorm.

It is even hard to know who to root for, since we don't fully understand their differences.

It would be nice if all people,  Muslims of different persuasions, Israelis and Palestinians, as well as blacks and whites and gays and straights, and all peoples of different beliefs could just all get along.I think that was the point of John Lennon's "Imagine."

Like the man himself, who was killed for no reason, we have a long way to go.

On Friday afternoon I had my first acupuncture treatment ever in my life. Dr Yu Qi (as in Qi Gong) is a lovely person. If your were casting a movie that needed a Traditional Chinese Medicine expert you would pick him. He is kind, sincere, honest, gracious, and gentle. I only said "ouch" once, even though he put at least 20 needles into my back, legs and hands.

Dr. Qi has 32 years of clinical experience including 22 in China. He holds a Diplomat in China in both acupuncture and herbology. He has been teaching Chinese Medicine in Florida for 11 years. He uses acupuncture for many conditions in addition to pain.

Dr. Qi told me that acupuncture would help but not necessarily 100%;he also said I might experience relief for my back, but that it could fade over  a few days time. He needs 8-10 treatments for them to make a difference.

Saturday was the best day I had back-wise in almost a year, after multiple physical therapy efforts only made it worse. Today I am hopeful. Time will tell and I will keep you posted.

Meanwhile, if you want to contact Dr. Qi he can be reached at:

           5571 N. University Dr. Ste 101
           Coral Springs, FL.
