CONTINUING ON THE HAPPIER/FEELING BETTER NOTE

I have doubled my exercise to 4 miles a day when the weather and my body cooperate. Actually, about to go to the park when I finish this blog.

I believe it has increased the amount of natural brain chemicals I am producing.

I also shoot basketball and occasionally hit racquet balls on a handball court.

All of this combined has enabled me to lose some weight, feel fitter, and be happier.

I encourage you to evaluate your activity level and increase it in proportion to your health and with doctor support. My Mom went to the gym twice a week till she was 981/2, and swam several times a week into her 80s, which is perhaps why she made in healthily and living on her own till that age!
