STILL RECOVERING FROM MY

"just a cold" that has just been kicking my butt.

But I read an article in the AARP magazine that cites a research study that claims that most people lie an average of 11 times a week. That seemed very high to me. Of interest was that in a 10 week study, people reported feeling better mentally and physically when they lied less.

This raised 3 questions in my mind:
How do the researchers know that those who reported lying less were telling the truth?
How do they know that they were being honest about feeling better, especially those who were
  lying about lying less.
Have I been lying more lately, which is why I am feeling like crapolla?

I honestly don't know! TRUTH!!

Bye for Now,

Bill
