The old adage is that if you take meds for a cold it should go away in about 7 days. If you don't it will last about a week.

When one is not feeling up to par and then par returns, it reminds us of the need for us to feel grateful for the little things in life. As those of you who read this blog know, I am a big believer in feeling grateful every day for what we can and what we have. Even when we are not feeling physically well there are many gratitude opportunities.

Remember, to feel grateful every day. It is "milk for you mind" and will bring some positive feelings with it. And if you take your "gratitude medicine" every day, perhaps your cold will only last 6 days as did mine.

Bye For Now,
