ON BEING INSPIRED

In my book, "How to Cope Better When Someone You Love Has Cancer," I say, "You just never know from where your next inspiration may come."

As if to prove the point I chatted with the customer service man at Publix a week ago, after complimenting him on his trim appearance. Fortunately, he didn't think I was hitting on him. He told me, "I am very disciplined and I try my best not to eat processed food."

He helped me again tonight return 421(an exaggeration) bottles of unused soda from the book launch party—and he was patient and pleasant. I inquired about his "diet." He told me the name of the book which I won't yet reveal until I read it.

But, I ordered it on my kindle tonight and will see if it can guide me back to my former body that was lean but never mean. I also excitedly ordered my book on my kindle tonight as it just went live there.

My major point is that in my younger days I was shy to the point of probably being accused of being aloof. Now I talk to many and seek inspiration wherever I can find it.

I encourage you to do the same. You just never know......

Bye for Now,

Bill
