NO EXCUSES

The title is the name of a book published a few years ago by a young man born without complete limbs who went on to be a successful high school and college wrestler as well as a football player. I always felt that if he could excel in those ways so could we.

Today at the gym I observed many people entering and exiting with walkers, in wheel chairs, with canes and crutches, and even a blind person.

If they can all commit to get fit so can we. Let's all make a decision to increase our exercise regimen in the months ahead. Do it under doctor's supervision and always within your physical limits. Going into the gym or beginning a walk, run, swim, etc. may not feel all that good, but exiting always feels great.

Bye For Now,

Bill
