GRATITUDE AFFECTS YOUR ATTITUDE

Last week I spoke about giving yourself simple gifts because you deserve them.

Give yourself the gift of gratitude every day. No matter your hardships and struggles, surely there are things for which you are grateful. Remind yourself about them. Make a list of them in your mind's spreadsheet and appreciate that for which you feel grateful.

You will find that it influences your attitude in positive ways, lifts your spirits just a little and lights a spark that fuels your energy.
