WE HAVE NO TIME
WE ALLOW NO TIME
WE ARE TOO STRESSED
WE DON'T VALUE OUR SELF
OTHER PRIORITIES SEEM MORE IMPORTANT
PARTS OF US SEEM UNIMPORTANT TO US
THERE IS ALWAYS TOMORROW, MONDAY,A WEEK FROM SATURDAY, ETC.
PREVENTION DOESN'T PREVENT ANYTHING AND OTHER SUCH BS
WE ALLOW NO TIME
WE HAVE NO TIME

Start right now to do something positive on your behalf. Silly as it might sound, you might just like it/benefit from it/repeat it tomorrow or the next day. What do you have to lose?

  1. Thank you for the "self-neglect" not to do list.
    It is the things we do to remain in a safe place I guess. However, that safe place is often filled with disappointment, discouragement, shame and blame.

    When we are strong and resilient, it is much easier to be a contributor and participant in life. I am sure you have heard the saying "Life is not a dress rehersal" and it isn't.

    For those of us who believe in eternal life, we know the Final Jeopardy question and answer: "HOW DID YOU SPEND YOUR TIME ON EARTH".
    Review and digest how Dr. Penzer addresses the sometimes convuluted and counterproductive way we use our TIME. Time the Holiest of Holy commodities, right? Use it wisely, your essence will fade, self-negelect will continue to weaken your spirit, body and soul if not.

    We can limp or leap into the next realm; that work starts now.
