I have previously said that gratitude is milk for our mind. It shifts our focus from negative to positive. We appreciate rather than depreciating. We acknowledge what we have instead of what we don't. We lift our dam and calm our cess.

It can be very simple. The best things in life are truly free. In that context I appreciate and feel grateful that it stays lighter longer these days. I bet you do too. Feel grateful and enjoy the extra light.
