One reaches a certain stage in life when it becomes time to prioritize enjoyment, relaxation and pleasure over duties, obligations and responsibilities. This is not to suggest being selfish, but does suggest being self and couple first. This is not to suggest being lazy, but balancing between the demands of life and the rewards of life.

Ultimately, the clock runs out on all of us. We never quite know what's coming around the corner. Seizing the moment is never more important than when one moves into one's 60's and beyond. These rewards need not be major. They can be as simple as a walk on the beach or reading a good novel or listening to some fine music of your choosing.

Enjoy life while you can still walk and talk. Appreciate every moment as precious and feel a full measure of gratitude for each and every day, however you chose to spend it.

For me, I find that I have things I want to do and things I have to do. The latter can easily override the former. I am working to balance them out in a fair and reasonable fashion. It takes effort and focus. I am trying. I hope you are too! I am proud to say, I'm not a robot, anymore. That is the title of an article I am working on. That is one of many things I want to do.

Take better care of yourself. If not now when? If not you, who?

Bye For Now,
