SUNDAY IS FUNDAY IS THERAPY TOO!

I am working on allowing more fun into my life. Here to for Sunday was just another workday. Paper work, writing, etc. took center ring.

This Sunday I walked in the park in the morning, played basketball, went to the gym, worked out and steamed and showered. Read a book after a light lunch and then watched football. Swam during half time.

I did nothing constructive or productive the entire day or evening. Watched more games than I have seen in a decade.Raptured with Pat Conroy's melodic musings in South of Broad. Helped plan a vacation for the winter. Went to sleep at 10,the time I used to leave for the gym. It was all good, but very strange.

I have decided that I will not do anything serious on a Sunday from now on. I am off duty, but for emergencies. If not now, when?

Bye For Now,

Bill

  1. Super Sunday!! I am sure it was constructive and productive Bill. The more you grow, we grow. Letting go of robotic patterns is a big deal, I am excited to see what comes out of your new world approach.
